FusionDesk to MyInfo

You can easily and quickly put a link in MyInfo pointing to a task you have created in FusionDesk. Just follow these steps:

• Right click on a task in FusionDesk. Select 'Copy Task Link'.
• Open MyInfo. Select the document you want.
• Right click in the document and select 'Hyperlink' from the menu.
• A window appears. Paste the link in the 'Address' field.
• Optionally fill the field 'Text to display' and click OK.

MyInfo to FusionDesk

Each task in FusionDesk can have an attachment. You can then open these attachments with a press of a key or a click of a button. Here is how you can attach a MyInfo document to a task in FusionDesk:

• Right click on a document in MyInfo.
• Select 'Copy Link to This Document'.
• Go to FusionDesk and select a task.
• On the details tab click the attachment text and select 'Paste from Clipboard'.
