Creating Tasks
You can create a new task in several different ways. Choose the one you like:

Click the 'New Task' button
Simply click the 'New Task' button on the
Home Tab of the
ribbon and start typing. This option is for everyone who prefers to use the mouse.
Keep in mind that If you want to improve the speed with which you use FusionDesk, we advise you to use the shortcuts instead.
Use the shortcut Ctrl+N
FusionDesk provides
shortcuts for almost any action you would like to perform. Pressing Ctrl+N will work, no matter what control in the application is active.
Press 'Enter' when the task list is focused
When the task list has the focus, you have another option to create a task. Just press 'Enter' and start typing. When finished with the task's description press 'Enter' again to end editing it. Now if you wish to create another task, just press 'Enter' again and repeat.
Use the hot key Ctrl+Shift+N
When FusionDesk is running, but you are using another application, for example Microsoft Word, you can use the
hot key Ctrl+Shift+N to instantly pop-up FusionDesk and start entering a new task in it.
