Context
Each task can have a single context set for it. It is used to describe the context in which the task has to be done. For example, it might mean physical location. Like 'Office' or 'Home'. Or it might be 'Phone' or 'Email'.If a task has to be done when you are in your office, set the context to 'Office'. If in order to complete a task you need to make a call, set the context to 'Call' or to 'Phone'.
The idea behind contexts is that there is no need to bother looking at tasks that you can not do at this moment. If you are in your office, you don't need to be looking at tasks you should do at home.

Contexts have important role in the GTD work-life management system. You do not need to use GTD to take advantage of contexts though.
To set a context, use one of the two methods:
- type the context in the Context field manually
- click the down arrow and select any of the available contexts
The drop down list is populated with contexts already used in the project. If you are using a context for the first time, set it by typing it in the Context field.
